“My 3-night stay at Artique Surfers Paradise was amazing, largely due to the beautiful balcony view of the city and ocean. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, feeling like a home away from home. The hotel's location and amenities, including the pool, were excellent, and the staff were friendly. “Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t...

“A very good property well maintained and close to the mall beaches and wonderful views. Only negative and one they are working on was the after hours arrival procedure info at the property was incorrect and the correct info was inside ! We did recieve an email but it arrived after we left and we didn't have access to to wifi ”
